Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your bracelets in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
